Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Please check your order while the courier awaits and if there is anything just give it back to him and ONLY PAY FOR THE DELIVERY FEES. 
  
  
• If you ordered more than one item, you can pick the item you like and send the other back with the courier, please note that you must show him the email to check the price of the item picked and adding the delivery fees.

• For online payment please note that you also must check your order while the courier is waiting and send it back with him if you’d like to refund it. Once we receive the item, your payment is refunded automatically to the card you paid with, but please note that 4.5% of full amount is deducted to the payment provider.

• After the order is delivered and the courier leaves, we won't accept any REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

• Please note that on SALE items CANNOT be checked, refunded, or exchanged.

• International orders are not subject to refund or exchange.
