Refund & Exchange Policy:

Please check your order while the courier awaits and if there is anything just give it back to him and ONLY PAY FOR THE DELIVERY FEES
- The package can be checked and if there’s more than one item in the package it’s either to purchase it all or send the whole package back with the courier while he awaits.

For online payment please note that you also must check your order while the courier is waiting and send it back with him if you’d like to refund it. Once we receive the item, your payment is refunded automatically to the card you paid with, but please note that 4.5% of full amount is deducted to the payment provider.
- After the order is delivered and the courier leaves, we won't accept any REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
- Please note that on SALE items CANNOT be checked, refunded, or exchanged.
- International orders are not subject to refund or exchange.
Please respect our rules as our items were carefully made and we would like them to be perfect for who it will end up with.
